  1. Take medium size brinjal and cut them slices..
  2. Ln a mixing bowl add garam masala, turmeric powder, chilli powder,cumin seeds and salt and mix well add 2tsp water and make thick paste..
  3. Mix and coat the spices (masala) evenly all over the brinjal slices, also add chopped coriander leaves..
  4. Take rava on another plate..
  5. Take each slice and roll it on the rava (coat the brinjal slice with rava)..
  6. Heat the oil in frying pan and place the brinjal slices on the pan and fry on medium flame..
  7. Let one side become crispy and lightly golden then turn over and fry the second side till becomes crispy and lightly golden..
  8. Removed the fried brinjal slices and place them on kitchen paper towels..
  9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve with dal rice or as you like..
